Do you want to help our schools have a more efficient and structured everyday life, and at the same time be an important support for both management and the upbringing administration?

We are looking for a structured and solution-oriented administrative resource in a shared position between two schools and the upbringing office. The position is central to ensuring good flow in administrative tasks, high quality documentation and good collaboration across units.

You will work closely with principals and the upbringing administration, and help to free up time for educational and strategic management by strengthening the administrative operations. The role provides a varied working day with a large contact surface and the opportunity to influence the structure, system and quality of the municipality's upbringing sector. The position is an administrative advisor function without personnel responsibility or educational leadership responsibility, and will support the principal and the upbringing administration in administrative and coordinating tasks.


Tasks

The tasks are varied and distributed between the schools and the growth office, and will include:

  • Administrative case management, documentation and archiving in municipal systems
  • Follow-up of national tests, surveys and reporting (GSI etc.)
  • System responsibility and super user function in relevant digital tools
  • Preparation of draft decisions, letters and other formal communication
  • Ensuring good document flow and compliance with routines
  • Coordination of transportation, events, internships and cultural initiatives
  • Ordering and follow-up of purchases and equipment, as well as administrative support in financial work
  • Work with timetabling, resource overview and absence follow-up
  • Participate in the management team with responsibility for administrative and operational contributions
  • Contribute to HSE work through administrative support tasks related to systems, documentation and coordination
  • Provide administrative support to the principal in student and personnel matters without independent follow-up or decision-making responsibility
The role does not involve personnel responsibility, educational management or independent decision-making authority. Responsibility for management, personnel follow-up, HSE and educational development work lies with the principal.

Qualifications

  • School education, primary school teacher/general teacher or equivalent
  • Additional education in school administration, public administration or equivalent
  • Experience from administrative work, preferably from the public sector
  • Particularly good digital skills and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new computer systems
  • Knowledge of relevant systems (eg. Visma, Elements, Conexus or equivalent)
  • Very good written and oral presentation skills
  • Experience from the school or education sector
  • Experience with case management and public administration
  • Understanding of regulations related to school and student cases
