The position is linked to Home and Institution, which works for the comprehensive organization and operation of services to residents in need of health and care services. The workplace is in the reception with an office at Løten Helsetun. We are looking for a person who will be central to the work with internal service, invoicing and a point of contact for users, relatives, employees and volunteers. The position will contribute to good workflow in the services.
Tasks
- Reception and switchboard tasks
- Finance and invoicing; calculation of self-payment and final settlement
- Secretarial tasks; mail, archiving and scanning of documents
- Internal service
- Public contact
- Other tasks can be added to the position as needed

Qualifications
- Requirement of higher relevant education at bachelor's level, or other educational background (vocational certificate) combined with relevant experience from similar work.
- Requires good knowledge of and/or experience from the health sector
- Requires good digital skills
- Requires good communication skills - good command of Norwegian both orally and in writing
- Desirable with experience from similar work
