The position follows the school timetable, which means that you have time off during all school holidays, and receive 89 percent pay throughout the year

Tasks
- Daily follow-up of pupils - support pupils in play, learning and social development both in school and after-school care.
- Organization of activities - plan and implement varied, practical and play-based activities indoors and outdoors.
- Contribute to teaching - support teachers in the classroom, small groups and one-to-one work.
- Working with basic skills - guiding students in reading, writing and arithmetic as needed.
- Relationship building - being a safe and clear adult who creates good relationships and an inclusive environment.
- Supervision and safety - ensuring good routines, safe play and a positive social environment at school and in after-school care.
- Use of the local environment - make use of the school's beautiful outdoor areas, hiking trails, ball pit, skate ramp and nature in activities.
- Collaboration with colleagues - make an active contribution to teams, planning and development work in SFO and school.
- Support in digital learning activities - help students use digital tools.
- Active contribution to good school-home cooperation - create a safe and open dialogue with parents about the pupils' well-being, development and everyday life.

Qualifications
- Professional certificate as a child and youth worker. If you have other relevant professional training and relevant experience, you can also apply.
- Relevant experience with children and young people - from school, SFO, kindergarten or similar arenas.
- Good Norwegian language skills - orally and in writing, so that you can support students and contribute to a good school-home collaboration.
- Contribute to a good working environment - everyone with us is co-responsible for well-being and an inclusive working community.
