Nav Løten has a vacancy in a permanent 100% position as a supervisor in the finance team. The position will be part of the youth team at Nav Løten.

Nav Løten currently has 30 employees divided into two departments. The qualification department consists of the mental health and substance abuse teams and the refugee service. The work and finance department consists of work-oriented follow-up and the finance team. We are located in pleasant premises in the municipal building in Løten, and you will have skilled and dedicated colleagues. We are passionate about giving people opportunities and we believe that work promotes health.


Working tasks

  • Mapping, guidance and case management according to the Act on Social Services in Nav for young people under the age of 30
  • Follow-up of activity obligation, cf. Act on Social Services in Nav § 20a
  • Information, advice and guidance to young people under the age of 30
  • Participate in the establishment, operation and development of a job center for young people in Løten municipality
  • Contribute to professional development and development of the service
  • Interdisciplinary cooperation internally, and with Nav's partners

The work tasks can be changed based on the needs of the office

Qualifications

  • Education with a minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area, preferably in administrative law, pedagogy, social work or work and welfare subjects
  • Good counseling skills
  • Good relationship skills
  • Good digital skills and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new computer systems
  • Good communication skills in Norwegian, and good written presentation skills

It is desirable that you have:

  • Experience from a similar field
  • Experience from case management
  • Knowledge of the Act on Social Services in Nav
  • Good financial understanding
  • Experience from working at Nav offices and / or working with youth
  • Driver's license class B
