Nav Løten has a vacancy in the Mental Health and Rest Service. NAV Løten is a partnership between the state and Løten municipality, and we consist of two departments; work-oriented follow-up and finances as well as the qualification department, which consists of the refugee service and mental health and substance abuse. We are located in the municipal building in Løten, and you will have skilled and dedicated colleagues. We are passionate about giving people opportunities and helping our users achieve their goal of work or education.

The mental health service in Løten municipality currently consists of several employees in mental health and substance abuse and has an experience consultant, a FACT resource and an RPH team (Rapid Mental Health Assistance).


Tasks

  • Conduct talk therapy with a focus on motivation and change
  • Environmental therapy with a focus on activity and coping
  • Develop and lead group activities in the talk therapy service
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration within the municipality and with other support services
  • Have a
  • Focus on user participation and use assisted self-help to ensure systematic user feedback
  • Individual outreach follow-up of addicts with concomitant severe mental illness
  • Identify and assess the need for help and refer to other support services
  • Follow up users before, during and after treatment in the specialist health service
  • Other tasks may be assigned to the position

Tasks may vary according to the needs of the office.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three-year college/university education, preferably in health and social sciences
  • Experience from the field of substance abuse
  • Good digital skills
  • Good oral and written presentation skills in Norwegian
  • Driver's license class B

  • Additional education in mental health and / or substance abuse work
  • Experience from similar work
  • Experience from interdisciplinary collaboration
