Løten municipality is looking for a committed and relationship-strong club worker for Ungdommens hus. The position involves working with children and young people, where the main goal is to create safe, inclusive and meaningful meeting places. You will be part of a team of employees who work with children and young people in Løten with a wide range of subjects.
Tasks
- Operation and development of youth centers and activities for children and young people, in the afternoons and evenings
- Plan and implement activities and projects
- Facilitate activities based on the young people's own wishes and initiatives
- Create well-being and an environment where the young people feel seen and appreciated
- Be a clear and accessible adult with a focus on interdisciplinary collaboration with relevant agencies
- Ensure good documentation and reporting in line with the municipality's routines
- Visualize the offers in social media and in the local community
- Everyone with us is co-responsible for a good working environment and well-being
Qualifications
- Child and youth worker and youth worker, skilled worker or equivalent
- Good command of English
- Driver's license class B
- Digital skills, including information sharing via social media
- Experience with youth work
