There are six residential units in Lykkebo. In addition, there are 2 residential units associated with Lykkebo in the immediate vicinity, as well as an ambulatory service.
You will receive good training and become part of a committed and positive work team. You will have colleagues with long experience and good knowledge of all residents.
The working days consist of environmental work, fixed routines that are well adapted to the resident.
The position has a rotation with day and evening shifts and work with long shifts on weekends. There are separate night shift positions.

Tasks
- Provide users with targeted environmental work and necessary measures
- Contribute to coping and good quality of life and see the resources of the user
- Consult with the user. Listen to and respect the user's opinion
- Collaborate with parents/relatives, colleagues and the specialist health service
- Distribute medicines and provide training and guidance in medication management
- Have professional responsibility and lead the professional work around the resident
- Develop goals and measures in the journal, follow up with evaluation.
- Proceed with and write decisions on coercion and force according to HOL chapter 9
- Follow procedures and decisions according to HOL chapter 9
- Prevent the use of coercion and force
- Document according to legislation and routines
- Give guidance, training to colleagues, new employees and students
- Participate in quality and improvement work
Qualifications
- We are looking for you who have authorization as a social worker or nurse. If you have another relevant health professional bachelor's degree, you can also apply.
- You must have experience working with the relevant user group
- You must have good written and oral skills in Norwegian, as well as good ICT skills
- You must have a class B certificate with manual gear
- We want you to have knowledge of assessment and case management of the use of force and power, in accordance with HOL chapter 9
- It is an advantage if you have experience with targeted environmental work and behavioral analysis
- Knowledge of PECS and other forms of communication is also desirable
- Before joining, you must submit a valid police certificate, and forms for duty of confidentiality and tuberculosis must be signed when entering into an employment contract
