Our primary goal is to deliver good quality services, where user participation and coping are taken care of.

There will be work in shifts with day, evening, long shift and night work.
The service for people with disabilities consists of two residential communities that provide services to people with various disabilities and assistance needs.
Sykehusvegen 12 (Svingen) is divided into services for adults and children. The adults have home services and the children have respite care and a children's home.
Sykehusvegen 2 (Lykkebo) is a home for young adults who receive home care services. Our focus is activity and development in accordance with each resident's own goals and resources.
It is desirable that applicants can work throughout the holiday period from 22.6.25 - 16.8.25 (weeks 26-33), but applicants with the opportunity to work part of the period or in a smaller position percentage will also be considered. Applicants who can work during the core holiday period (weeks 27-32) will be prioritized.
Tests, references and diplomas are uploaded as attachments to the application or taken unsolicited to a possible interview.
Those who are recruited will, in addition to the summer job, be offered a call-out agreement and training will start as soon as possible to be well prepared for the holiday period.
Interviews and appointments will be invited on an ongoing basis during the announcement period.
Tasks
- Assist and facilitate the residents in staffed housing in their daily activities according to plans and decisions
- Contribute to the safeguarding of targeted environmental work and buks participation
- Practical assistance in the home
- Medication management, administering pre-dosed medication
- Maintaining ADL functions, including grooming and personal hygiene
- Preventing the use of coercion and force
- Ensuring documentation in accordance with legislation and internal procedures

Qualifications
- Professional workers, nurses, social workers, students or assistants
- Desire experience from working with the user group
- Good written and oral presentation skills in Norwegian
- Good ICT skills
- Good physical health due to the nature of the tasks
- Requirement that a police certificate is submitted before accession, and that forms for confidentiality and tuberculosis are signed upon appointment
- Desire for certificate class B, manual transmission
- Valid work and residence permit

- Training in work tasks and professional systems will be provided in the individual department
- Work in different job sizes in rotation, where you can work day, evening and weekend. Night shifts have their own rota.
