The department has an annual rotation and a two-part rotation. This position currently only has night shifts and work every third weekend

Tasks
- Practical nursing in line with current quality requirements, legislation, municipal guidelines and professional good practice
- Maintain the patient's resources and provide individual follow-up adapted to the individual's needs, resources and goals
- Medication management
- Map, implement and evaluate measures in line with everyday empowerment and user participation
- Supervise, teach and collaborate with patients, relatives, colleagues and students
- Contribute with innovation and in development and improvement work
- Participate and contribute in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Document in the Gerica system
- Keep up to date within your own area of expertise

Qualifications
- You must have Norwegian authorization as a nurse, and we ask you to state your HPR number in your application
- Knowledge of everyday coping and focus on user participation is desirable
- Generally good ICT skills and willingness to learn relevant professional systems
- Good oral and written presentation skills in Norwegian
- You must be able to present a valid police certificate upon appointment, cf. Helse- og omsorgstjenesteloven § 5-4 before starting
- You must have a driving license class B
