Are you the one?

UngTeam is part of the Children, Youth, and Family division in Løten Municipality. We work to ensure that children, youth, and families receive the right help at the right time, with a particular focus on early intervention, relationship-building, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

With us, you’ll become part of a professional environment dedicated to development and innovation. We take a goal-oriented and milieu-therapeutic approach to mental health, school absenteeism, and parenting guidance, and in recent years have built a strong interdisciplinary program for children, youth, and families.

UngTeam plays a central role in the municipality’s efforts to address school absenteeism and promote preventive care. We use evidence-based methods and programs such as Cool Kids, Parenthood School Absenteeism, and Back2School. We collaborate closely with schools, the PPT, health services, and child welfare services to create comprehensive services for children and youth.

With us, you’ll have the opportunity to work individually, with families, and in groups, while also helping to further develop our programs. We believe the best solutions are created when different professional disciplines work together, and we place great emphasis on collaboration, professional reflection, and development.

If you’re looking for a job where you can make a real difference for children, youth, and families, while also helping to further develop our services, we hope you’ll apply.
