There are six residential units at Lykkebo, as well as a mobile service associated with the residential community and a “satellite home” a few hundred meters down the road.
You will receive thorough training and become part of a dedicated and positive team. You will have colleagues with extensive experience and a good understanding of all residents.
We are seeking 3 night shift workers for a 70.66% position through August 2026. The work will primarily involve night shifts caring for a resident. Start date is as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide users with targeted environmental support and necessary interventions
- Contribute to coping and a good quality of life, and recognize the user’s resources
- Consult with the user. Listen to and respect the user’s opinion
- Administer medication
- Follow up on goals and action plans
- Follow procedures and decisions in accordance with Chapter 9 of the Health and Care Services Act
- Prevent the use of coercion and force
- Document in accordance with legislation and procedures
- Provide guidance and training to colleagues, new employees, and students
- Participate in quality and improvement initiatives
- Contribute to ensuring smooth operations and effective solutions
Qualifications
- A vocational certificate and authorization as a healthcare worker or a vocational certificate as a child and youth worker is desirable; unskilled workers with relevant experience may also apply.
- Knowledge of HOL Chapter 9 (use of coercion and force), targeted environmental work, and behavioral analysis is preferred
- Experience working with this user group is preferred
- You must have good written and oral skills in Norwegian, as well as good ICT skills
- Before starting, you must submit a valid police clearance certificate, and confidentiality and tuberculosis forms must be signed upon signing the employment contract
