
Would you like to work in a varied role where you can help develop our work in the areas of quality, the environment, and workplace safety? We are now looking for a Quality, Environment, and Workplace Safety (KMA) Coordinator who wants to help create a safe, sustainable, and well-functioning organization.
You’ll be part of a small, close-knit team where we work closely together on a daily basis. The team has expertise in finance, payroll, HR, and KMA, creating a broad and dynamic work environment where we support one another and share knowledge. You will also work closely with the existing KMA coordinator within the organization.
Job Responsibilities
As a KMA coordinator, you will handle both operational and administrative tasks related to quality, the environment, and occupational health and safety. You’ll play a key role in coordinating, developing, and following up on our QEHS work and will serve as a support to managers, supervisors, and other parts of the organization.

You have a genuine interest in quality, the environment, and workplace safety, and you’re adept at translating requirements and regulations into practical and clear work methods. Since the role involves close contact with various parts of the organization, we also look for someone who is communicative, a good teacher, and skilled at building trust.
Experience with health, safety, and environmental (KMA) work in construction, industry, mining, or similar fields is a plus.
A Class B driver’s license is required for this position.

Scope and Work Hours
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent position with an initial probationary period
Work Hours: Daytime, Monday through Friday
