Human Resources Administrator

You will be part of a small, close-knit team where we work closely together in our daily work. The group has expertise in finance, HR and KMA, which creates a broad and dynamic work environment where we support each other and share knowledge. To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a committed personnel administrator.

Duties

As a personnel administrator with us, you will be a key person in the organization. You will work closely with both managers and employees and ensure that payroll and HR processes run smoothly, correctly and professionally. Here you get a varied everyday life where your skills really come in handy.

You work with personnel administration and reporting, where you contribute to the structure and quality of our processes. The role also includes salary preparation and handling issues linked to collective agreements.

We are looking for you who have

  • Experience in salary preparation and work with collective agreements
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing
  • Experience of the Office package
  • B driving license

Meritatory if you have previously worked in Agda PS and Visma

Scope and shifts

Type of employment: Full-time, until further notice with probationary employment

Shifts: Daytime, Monday to Friday
