Our underground operations are the company's largest department in terms of number of employees. Our main tasks are loading and transportation of rock, maintenance of underground roads, and shotcreting, which involves the crushing of large boulders. We have our own workshops that support our operations, one of which is located underground. As an employee with us, you get the chance to be part of our team that performs various contracting assignments in the mine.
Duties
As a supervisor, you will work in an engaging and driven team, where you are an important part of our business. In your role, you will plan and allocate daily tasks, plan and follow up work in your area. The position involves responsibility over both finances and staff, we would like you to have previous experience working as a manager. This is a position where you combine working both in production and administration.
Education and qualifications
Requirements: B-card, a couple of years of experience regarding ropes of heavy machinery.
Additional: C-card, YKB and authorization for wheel loaders
