About us
The Ladok group is a group of three people who work to ensure that the study administration system Ladok works and that users get the support and knowledge they need. The group belongs to the study administration unit, which consists of 13 people in total. In addition to Ladok, there is also Admissions and Degrees/Credit Transfer.

About the role
The study administration takes care of much of the administration that surrounds students. Ladok is the system where everything related to students' studies is registered. As an administrator in Ladok, you work in a complex and changing system where both independent work and close cooperation in teams with colleagues are needed. It is a system that is constantly evolving, which makes the work as an administrator versatile and varied. The tasks in this position are mainly within Ladok but can also include other study administrative processing if the unit needs it.
The work involves, among other things:
- User support and advice for other users of the system
- Authorization management
- Registry maintenance
- Ongoing processing
- Searches and production of statistics
- Quality assurance
- Work in other study administration systems such as NyA (admission system)
The tasks involve some routine work, but you will also participate in and run development projects.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Qualified experience working administratively in and with digital systems
- At least a three-year secondary school diploma
- Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English
- Very good digital skills
- Service-oriented
Meritorious
- Academic training in a relevant field
- Experience of working in a public authority
- Experience of study administration
- Pedagogical and good interpersonal and relationship building skills
Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
Scope and location
Permanent full-time position with location in Luleå. Access takes place according to agreement. Probationary period may be applied.
