Welcome to the unit for Education and research planning. Administrators within educational planning are responsible for the preparation of educational matters and proposals for decisions to the university's management and committees that relate to educational issues at first and second level, for example educational plans and course offerings. You are part of a process related to the university's education planning system (EPOK) and will have a supporting function within your area of ​​responsibility towards our institutions. The service includes functional responsibility for the unit's web. The work includes administrative tasks, various types of analysis and investigation assignments, continuous quality assurance of routines and guidelines and a constant focus on quality improvement measures. The pace of work can vary during the year and requires a good ability to get used to complex situations and problems. Qualifications We are looking for you who have a university degree of at least 180 credits. or equivalent and a few years of relevant professional experience in similar tasks. The position requires good communication skills and that you can express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English. Ability to communicate and adapt the language to the recipient is important. The work makes great demands on analytical ability, accuracy and structure. You are expected to have good cooperation skills both with closest colleagues, representatives of institutions and other functions, and to be responsible for your own matters. In addition, you must focus on good service and treatment. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.
