REACT, Research center for advanced battery technology, is a multidisciplinary research center focusing on battery materials and cells, processes and battery cell manufacturing. We are now looking for two 50% amanuenses with complementary roles that together strengthen the operational implementation and professional collaboration of the center. Duties and responsibilities Role 1: Meetings and Events Coordinator (50%) In this role you will be responsible for the planning and execution of internal and external meetings and events related to RECAT's activities. Duties include: - Planning, booking and coordinating meetings, workshops, seminars and events - Inviting and communicating with external guests, partners and speakers - Developing programs and practical arrangements - Manage registrations, logistics and follow-up - Ensure professional execution both physically and digitally Role 2: Support to operational management and coordination (50%) In this role, you will work closely with the Centre's Executive Director and support the ongoing planning and monitoring of management and coordination tasks. Duties include: - Support in the planning, implementation and follow-up of strategic and operational activities - Preparation of documentation for meetings - Documentation, follow-up of decisions and coordination between different activities and partners - Contribute to the structure, transparency and impact of the Center's activities Skills and experience Is a student at Luleå University of Technology Is structured, thorough and has good collaboration skills Have very good communication skills in speech and writing, in Swedish and English Thrives in a dynamic environment with many contacts Terms and conditions Employment as a lecturer is regulated in the Higher Education Ordinance, Chapter 5. Only those who have been admitted to first- or second-cycle education may be employed as a lecturer (HF Chapter 5 §10). Hourly wage/compensation For all assignments, you will receive an hourly wage and valuable work experience for your CV. Hourly pay depends on the difficulty of the task: Level 1: SEK 156/hour (equivalent to approximately SEK 25 700/month for full-time work). Level 2: SEK 171/hour (equivalent to approximately SEK 28 200/month for full-time work). Information to be provided The position is 50% full-time, i.e. an average of 2.5 days per week for 10 months, from March 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 or as agreed. The place of employment is Luleå. The workload may vary over time and by agreement, but the aim is to distribute it in a way that makes it compatible with studies at the university.
