You are welcome to apply for the position of Administrator in the Education and Research Planning Unit. Administrators in the unit ensure well-functioning decision support to management at different levels of the organization in matters related to education and research. Responsibilities One area of responsibility includes educational planning for programs and courses, which includes system support and integration with other systems and the web. The work also includes various types of analysis and investigation assignments, preparation of cases in doctoral education and other tasks in the field of activity such as referral management. Qualifications We are looking for you who have a university degree of at least 180 credits or equivalent and a few years of relevant professional experience. The position requires good communication skills and the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English. The ability to understand complex situations and problems and to adapt the language to the recipient is important. The work places great demands on analytical ability, accuracy and structure. The pace of work may vary throughout the year. You are expected to have good interpersonal skills, both with immediate colleagues and with representatives of the institutions and other functions, and to take responsibility for your own affairs. In addition, you should have good service and treatment in focus. We will attach great importance to personal qualities. It is an advantage if you have experience of advanced administrative work such as planning, investigation and follow-up of activities in the higher education sector. An advanced degree or experience of postgraduate education is also an advantage. Scope and location The position is a permanent full-time position (100%) based in Luleå.
