We are now looking for an IT administrator who is passionate about helping people. As an IT administrator, you work in our support team to support the university's students and staff with our digital platforms. In this role, you will meet colleagues with different technical levels on a daily basis. You need to be able to listen to needs and ask the right questions, as well as explain technical solutions in a simple and educational way. You will work closely with our Service Point and other parts of the IT department. You are expected to be able to work independently but also to work in a team. We recruit people who we believe can make a difference. Qualifications You should have good experience of working with Windows and Microsoft365. You should have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing both in Swedish and in English. Scope and location We are looking for a full-time IT administrator. It is a fixed-term employment until 2027-08-15 with the possibility of extension with placement in Luleå.
