Student Services provides services to students before, during and after their studies. We are now looking for a student who can work as a housing coordinator when needed.
Housing coordination involves placing incoming exchange students at already negotiated apartments. You will communicate with the incoming exchange students in good time, offer different accommodation options and answer students' questions related to accommodation. Upon the students' arrival in Luleå, you will also distribute keys and ensure that agreements between the student and the real estate company and any other documents are signed.
Qualifications
To work as a housing coordinator, you must be a student at Luleå University of Technology. It is an advantage if you have experience of having worked with administrative tasks before. The work will be carried out in Luleå. You should be a committed and responsible person. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
The work requires good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English.
Scope and location
As a Housing Coordinator, you will work more intensively during certain periods (mainly January and August). Planning work for these periods also occurs.
You work when there is a need and dialog takes place with the nearest manager. The scope of work varies depending on the time of year. The greatest need is usually in May/early June, November/December and in connection with the start of the semester. There is also some continuity during the rest of the year. You report your working hours and are paid accordingly. Start date by agreement.
Hourly rate and remuneration
Level 1 (<180 credits): SEK 156/hour (approx. SEK 25 700/month for full-time work).
Level 2 (≥180 credits): SEK 171/hour (approx. SEK 28 200/month for full-time work).
