The HR department consists of 20 employees who together are responsible for the strategic and operational HR work within the university and provide professional and qualified support in the field of HR and payroll. We are now looking for an HR specialist who will focus on competence supply. About the position In this role, you will be part of a team that works jointly with the university's competence supply. You will be responsible for your own area and support managers and employees in the business. You will manage and handle recruitment cases both within the academy and the operational support. For recruitments within the Academy, the recruitment process is handled in a special system via a recruitment committee. In addition to recruitment, you will be involved in, and in some cases responsible for, various development projects and strategic initiatives within the HR department. Qualifications We are looking for people who have: - Academic degree in human resources or other degree deemed relevant - Experience of HR work with a focus on skills supply - Very good ability to communicate in speech and writing in both Swedish and English It is an advantage if you have: - Experience in governmental labor law - Experience in processing residence and work permits As a person, you are committed, responsible and proactive. You enjoy working in different types of processes and have the ability to drive the work forward even when the processes are lengthy. Other qualities that will help you succeed in this role include being clear, patient and good at dealing with different types of people.
