We are looking for a new colleague to join us in the Archives and Records Management Unit. We are part of the University Chancellery and the University's joint operational support. Our mission is to manage, operate and develop the university's information management and support the university's employees with tools and knowledge to manage information correctly, physically and digitally. In the role of information controller, you will, among other things, work with case management and record keeping. The work includes registering documents that are received externally or prepared internally within the authority, archiving documents, carrying out the release of public documents and providing advice and support to the business in matters relating to record keeping. The university has recently introduced a new system for record keeping and case management, and at the central registry we are coordinating the implementation and are responsible for training and supporting users in the new system. Qualifications required You must have a university degree in a field relevant to the post or have experience deemed equivalent. Experience in working with information management in a university setting would be an advantage. The job requires good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English. As a person, you have good cooperation skills and a great sense of service together with a good sense of order. You work independently and find ways forward where there are not always given frameworks. You take responsibility for your work tasks and are interested in working on the development of routines and working methods. We will attach great importance to your personal qualities.
