Are you looking for a role where your work truly makes a difference? With us, you’ll become an important part of an international academic community where you’ll support cutting-edge research and education. You’ll enjoy secure employment conditions, generous benefits, and excellent opportunities for professional growth, all while contributing to something greater.
We’re now looking for someone who wants to help create a seamless digital experience for the university’s students and staff.
With us, you’ll be part of a team where we support one another, share knowledge, and grow together. We’re looking for someone who wants to contribute their expertise, curiosity, and dedication. You’ll work with technical support and user support related to the university’s digital services and platforms. Every day, you’ll interact with students and staff with varying levels of technical knowledge and help them solve problems, find the right solutions, and get the most out of our digital tools.
To succeed in this role, you need to be able to listen to needs, ask relevant questions, and explain technical solutions in a clear and educational manner. You’ll work closely with our Service Point and other parts of the IT department, where knowledge sharing and collaboration are a natural part of everyday life. The role involves both independent responsibility and close collaboration with colleagues.
We recruit employees who we believe can make a difference.
