Now we are looking for a librarian for Luleå University of Technology. The university library's mission is to support research and education by providing scientific information resources, making visible and disseminating the university's publication and to be a support for students' learning. You will be part of the library's research support where you will help researchers store, document and publish research data. You will also work with the review and publication of research information in the university's publication database and you are part of the staffing of the library. Other tasks may also be relevant depending on competence and experience. We are looking for someone who has drive and the ability to achieve results and who takes responsibility for your tasks and your learning. You understand the overall perspective and can make balances and priorities. You work well both independently and in a group. Qualifications You must have at least a bachelor's degree in library and information science or equivalent, good IT skills and experience/interest in research and scientific communication. We attach great importance to personal suitability and are looking for you who are outgoing and who express themselves well and with good pedagogical skills in Swedish and English in speech and writing. Experience of corresponding tasks is meritorious. Scope and location We are looking for a librarian for permanent full-time employment based in Luleå. Probationary employment may be applied.
