About the service We are now looking for a management coordinator for the Coordination and Management Support unit who provides support to the university management. In the role of management coordinator, you work as qualified management support for the head of authority/rector of Luleå University of Technology. As a management coordinator, you will be particularly responsible for: • Be a close support to the principal and participate in several of the principal's meetings and contexts. • Capture what is said at meetings and identify the need for action in the organization. • Together with the university management, plan and implement high-level meetings with strategic partners. • In close dialogue with the rector, coordinate matters and documents for university management meetings and be responsible for follow-ups. • Create and develop presentation material and advisory material for the university management. Qualifications We are looking for you who have a university education or equivalent acquired experience that the employer deems equivalent. The work is periodically at a high pace and requires you to have the ability to work with many different tasks at the same time. You also need to have good cooperation skills, be driven and have good stress tolerance. You thrive in the role of coordinator and have a service-oriented way of working. As a person, you are responsible, orderly, without prestige and have great personal integrity. You are a good communicator and have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English. You have the ability to create good contacts with various stakeholders, are used to prioritizing and taking your own initiative. We put great emphasis on your personal characteristics. Scope and location The position is a full-time permanent position located in Luleå. Probationary employment may be applied. Assignment of position takes place according to agreement.
