We are now looking for a management secretary for the Coordination and Management Support unit who provides management support to three of the authority's managers; a vice-rector and two vice-rectors. As a management secretary, you will be particularly responsible for: • Administer the managers' calendars. • Coordinate, plan and book meetings, trips and events. • Create presentation material and background. • Act as a support in the administration of decision meetings. • Provide general administrative support. Qualifications • Academic education that we deem to be relevant for the position, or corresponding acquired experience that is deemed to be equivalent. • Willingness to serve others. • Ability to work independently and efficiently. • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities. Scope and location The position is a full-time permanent position located in Luleå. Probationary employment may be applied.
