The role As a project manager, you will play a key role in this major transition. Several blocks on the university campus will be built and renewed with new exciting lab environments, office environments and inspiring student and learning environments. In the role, you are responsible for ensuring that the university's needs and visions are reflected in buildings managed by Akademiska Hus. You work both strategically and closely with operations. The work is done in close collaboration with the university's management and is directly subordinate to the university director. Qualifications The role of project manager requires: - Post-secondary education of at least two years in construction, civil engineering or architecture. - Worked with architecture and construction design for at least five years. - Good knowledge of current Swedish building regulations such as BBR, PBL, AMA, AFS etc. - Good knowledge of procurement within the Public Procurement Act. - Good knowledge of Revu, 3-D coordination program, Office package etc. - Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as Swedish is our official language. - Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. - Good administrative skills and used to working in a structured and independent manner. It is an advantage if you have been an assignment manager and/or project manager. It is also an advantage if you have worked in a college or university environment. Who are you? We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where you handle several tasks in parallel and contribute with structure and solution focus. You have good interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships internally and externally. You are a structured, analytical and solution-oriented person, with the ability to bring clarity and execution to complex situations. In addition, you are unpretentious and responsive with the ability to create a positive and engaging project climate. Scope and location We are looking for a project manager for permanent full-time employment. Location in Luleå, the work is mainly done on site in Luleå. Probationary employment may be applied.
