We are looking for
In 2025, Luleå University of Technology will change its system for record keeping, case management and meeting management and we therefore need reinforcement for our central registry while we work on the introduction of the new system. If you are flexible and service-oriented, with a great interest in creating order and order, there is now the opportunity to become part of our information controller team. As a registrar, you are located at the Archives and Registry, part of the University Chancellery. You will be part of a team that works with various issues in the field of information management. In addition to the archives and registry function, the University Office has the university's information security coordinator, data protection officer, legal and procurement function.
Your mission
One of the tasks of the Archives and Registry is to manage, run and develop the university's information management. In the role of registrar, you will work with case management and record keeping. The work includes registering documents that are received externally or prepared internally within the authority, archiving documents, carrying out the release of public documents and providing advice and support to the organization in matters relating to record keeping.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent work experience in information management in the public sector.
- Experience in registration, case management, record keeping and disclosure of public documents.
Merit:
- Experience working in a government agency.
- Experience in registration in case management systems.
- experience of record keeping
- Good knowledge of record keeping and public access and confidentiality legislation.
Personal qualities:
You are a positive, service-oriented and solution-oriented person who enjoys working both independently and in a team. You have a good ability to plan and structure your work. Furthermore, you express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English. You have high integrity and a good sense of order. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
