We are now looking for a summer worker for Student Services, who during the summer will, among other things, work with relationship-building activities in the university's social channels and be available to answer questions via phone and case management system from newly admitted students. You represent the university at large and share your experiences of studies, student life and your path to Luleå University of Technology. Other parts will also be manning the reception at the Service Point and helping with some administrative tasks carried out at the Service Point, including scanning exams, updating the web and handing out IT gadgets. Qualifications • You must be a student at Luleå University of Technology and have at least one year left in your studies • You are social, responsible and enjoy making contacts • You are passionate about your education and want to inspire others to study further • You have a well-developed ability to express yourself orally and in writing in Swedish and English. It is advantageous if you have experience of having been/are involved in union, section or association work. Scope and location We are looking for a service-oriented student for a full-time summer job for about 5-6 weeks, located in Luleå.
