Luleå University of Technology is looking for a committed and service-oriented administrator for student services. The service is divided between two central and meaningful areas of activity: targeted educational support for students with disabilities and internationalization through work at the international Office.

Duties and responsibilities
Coordination of targeted pedagogical support, 50%.
In this part of the position, you will coordinate and administer targeted educational support for students with permanent disabilities. The work involves case management, contact with students and collaboration with teachers and other relevant actors. You will also contribute to the development of working methods in the area of accessibility and equal opportunities.
Processing at the International Office, 50 percent
Here you work with international student mobility and provide qualified service to incoming and outgoing students. The tasks include processing exchanges and participating in the reception and introduction of international students, in close cooperation with colleagues in the internationalization activities.
Qualifications
Requirements
University degree deemed relevant by the employer.
Experience in administrative work.
Very good written and oral communication skills in Swedish and English.
Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Meritorious
Experience of working in the higher education sector.
Experience of service-oriented work, preferably with students.
Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.
Scope and location
Permanent full-time position with location in Luleå. Access takes place according to agreement.
Probationary period may be applied.
