We are looking for a dedicated Education Administrator to join the business support team, based at the Department of Business, Technology, Arts and Society. The position offers a stimulating environment where you get to work closely with education, research and people in constant development. About the role As an Education Administrator, you will be an important part of a team of 26 colleagues and work in close collaboration with teachers, students and management. The tasks are varied and include, among others: - Processing and exercising authority in education planning, exams, degree projects and grade reporting - Administration of doctoral education and contract education - Active participation in the university's network of education administrators to develop common routines and working methods There is the possibility to work partly remotely, as agreed. Qualifications Requirements: - At least a high school diploma. - Proven experience in administrative work. - Good computer skills and ability to work in several different administrative IT systems. - Very good ability to express yourself both orally and in writing in Swedish and English. - Experience of working in a regulatory environment and experience of interpreting and applying policy documents, regulations and guidelines. Meritorious: - University degree in relevant field (e.g. law, administration) - Experience of working in a university or college. - Experience of educational administration systems such as Canvas, Epok and Ladok. Personal qualities: You are service-oriented, structured and have good collaboration skills. You have good judgment, can make well-balanced assessments in your daily work and feel confident in communicating decisions and regulations in a clear and educational way. The role involves many varied tasks, which requires you to be able to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in parallel. As the position is a central point of contact for both students and staff, we attach great importance to your personal qualities. Scope and location The position is a permanent full-time position based in Luleå. Access according to agreement. Probationary period may apply.
