We're now looking for a Communications Strategist who can translate data, insights and digital developments into impactful communications. A role where you lead communication and marketing initiatives, act as an advisor in the organization and help develop our brand in a time when demands for clarity, speed and relevance are increasing. More about the role As a Communications Strategist, you will develop and implement overall marketing and communications strategies. It is a versatile and varied role that moves between corporate communications and marketing where you collaborate with others in the team to develop Luleå Energi's brand and business. Through data and insights, you develop strategy and plans for both communication and marketing efforts. You will lead communication projects and actively contribute to Luleå Energi's digital development through collaboration with the Group's digital development team. The role includes responsibility for acting as a client for communication agencies and acting as an advisor on communication issues for the business. Who are you? To thrive and succeed in the role, you need to be quick in the short term and persistent in the long term. We work closely together as a team, but also act as advisors and support inside and outside the group with many different stakeholders, partners and actors. You therefore need to be unpretentious, independent and socially competent in dealing with different people. You appreciate a fast pace and are motivated by building relationships and working together towards common goals. Qualifications and educational requirements We expect you to have a relevant university degree or equivalent that we consider equivalent. You should have several years of documented professional experience in areas such as strategic communication and marketing. Experience in martech and CX would be an advantage. You are a skilled analyst and the role requires very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing. The position also requires a B-driving license. Apply now!
