Customer Relations Consulting & Sales, Business We are growing and are looking for two colleagues who want to join our team in Customer Relations. A group that works daily to give our customers a high-class customer journey and the opportunity to make wise choices. In this role, you drive sales and advice of our product portfolio to mainly companies and property owners. You are responsible for strengthening business relationships for both large and small customers, and you run the business independently and work operationally in the entire sales process. The role also means that you are involved in designing strategies in the long and short term and are involved in creating new services according to the customers' needs. We are looking for you who have a good ability to put yourself in the customer's situation, and are used to running complex sales processes together with colleagues. We see that you have post-secondary education and have an interest in the electricity market, energy issues and sustainable development. You are a result-oriented, curious relationship builder and motivated by being the best business partner in the energy field. You have a very good command of the Swedish and English languages, both spoken and written, and have good computer and system skills. You have a class B driver's license. Customer relations Consulting and Sales, Private Within Customer Relations and the private market side, you will mainly handle incoming calls, emails and chats from customers, suppliers and others who want to get in touch with Luleå Energi. You analyze and solve cases in a committed and educational way. It is mainly about handling electricity trade, electricity network and district heating issues. We also work with the sale of e.g. electricity contracts, charging boxes and district heating centers. To thrive in the role, you need to have a great interest and focus on service, be professional, organized and have a natural drive to reach set sales targets. It is a matter of course for you to be responsive and to want to provide the best customer experience. You are not afraid to handle different cases in parallel and have a good ability to communicate via phone, chat or in writing via email as your work tool. You have a flexible approach and can naturally shift focus between different tasks. Furthermore, you enjoy collaborating and working in teams, but also find it easy to work independently. We are looking for someone who has completed a high school education, preferably in finance or service. We would like for you to have a few years of experience in work with a lot of customer contacts, where you have used the phone and e-mail as your main work tool. As our everyday life also consists of answering questions of a technical nature, we would like you to have a certain technical interest, as well as being interested in energy issues. You have a very good command of the Swedish and English languages, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills. You have good experience of managing different systems.
