We want people who share our values and have the drive to develop themselves, their teams and their businesses. This is how we move towards our vision: to be a hub in the region's energy transition. We are now looking for a Group Manager for Energy Services to join a group where there is so much going on. Energy Services is responsible for providing and delivering installation and operation services for electrical power plants at both low and high voltage levels. Our organization consists of a dynamic group that combines competencies from several areas to create a strong and positive customer experience. Together with other managers in the business area, you will drive the joint development of our people, ways of working and methods. As Group Manager for Energy Services, you will be part of the Technology & Service business area, which includes fiber, district heating and energy services. About the role: The focus will be to ensure a quality assured and efficient delivery, where you together with the group meet both internal and external customer needs. We are looking for you who understand the importance of continuous delivery and who, with business acumen, ensure that you and your group deliver on time and with the right quality. In this role, you will provide the best possible service to our customers in the electrical power product area and you will collaborate with employees in your own business area as well as other areas within our group. Your task is to ensure, together with your colleagues in the field, our operational commitments to both external and internal customers and ensure that we not only meet, but exceed their expectations. You as a person: As a team leader, you have a strong service mindset and are meticulous in everything you do. You are driven to continuously improve ways of working and results, and are happy to take your own initiatives to develop both the team and the business. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and have the ability to motivate and engage your colleagues. For you, cooperation and good service are key to success - both in day-to-day work and in long-term goals. Qualifications: For the position, we see that you have a relevant upper secondary education in combination with work experience from service or contracting activities, preferably with elements of field work. YH training or university studies in the field of electricity are meritorious. Managerial experience is an advantage, but you may also have leadership experience from the electrical industry - for example through roles as supervisor or project manager. You value a safe and secure working environment and have a good understanding of the importance of electrical safety. It is an advantage if you have experience in electrical safety work and work environment issues. Good computer skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, and a B driving license are a requirement. What do you get with us: As an employer, we attach great importance to you being able to perform, deliver and develop, but also that you should thrive and feel good! We have therefore developed our benefits and conditions with a focus on the possibility of recovery, flexibility and health and wellness. Everything to give you the right conditions with us. We are proud of our work environment and culture where diversity and equality are strong guiding principles and where we place great focus on the development and well-being of both the group and the employee.
