We are now looking for a Group Manager for Fiber & Communication for a group where there is a lot going on. As Group Manager for Fiber & Communication, you will be part of the Technology & Service business area, which includes fiber, district heating and energy services. Our field organization is a dynamic group that combines expertise from different areas to deliver a great customer experience. Together with the other managers in the business area, you will drive development regarding working methods, methods and individuals together. About the role: The focus will be to ensure a quality assured and efficient delivery, where you together with the group meet both internal and external customer needs. We are looking for you who understand the importance of continuous delivery, where you and the group deliver on time and with the right quality. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues from the Lunet business area and other areas within our field organization and group. Your task is to optimize the operation and expansion of the fiber network together with your colleagues in the field and ensure that we meet customer expectations. You as a person: As a Group Manager, you have a strong service mindset and are thorough in everything you do. You are driven to continuously improve ways of working and results, and are happy to take your own initiatives to develop both the team and the business. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and have the ability to motivate and engage your colleagues. For you, cooperation and good service are key to success - both in day-to-day work and in long-term goals. Qualifications: Management experience is an advantage, and if you don't have it, we will support you in growing into the management role. The level of education for the position is relevant upper secondary education. You need to have a few years of work experience and we would like you to have professional experience in infrastructure in the roles of either manager, supervisor, project manager, fiber project manager or fiber technician. Good computer skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language, both in speech and writing, as well as a B driving license are a requirement.
