We are looking for a Group Manager for Warehouse & Property Services

We are now looking for a Group Manager for Warehouse & Property Services for a group where there is so much going on.

As Group Manager for Warehouse & Property Services, within the Technology & Service business area, you have a central role in establishing and developing the group's overall responsibility in the area. The assignment involves moving from a way of working with scattered solutions and varied working methods to a more coordinated, standardized and efficient function.

You lead the daily operations while, together with the business area manager and other group managers, you drive the development of common working methods, structures and collaborations throughout the group.

The role is an important part of the ongoing change work within Technology & Service. You contribute to establishing a group-wide structure for warehouse and real estate issues and participate in the work of standardizing working methods, processes and system support for increased efficiency and uniformity.

About the role:

The assignment involves clarifying responsibilities, service and deliveries and strengthening cooperation between business areas. You also contribute to increased transparency regarding costs, priorities and resource use and drive the development of more efficient working methods and digitization within Technology & Service.

As group manager, it includes leading and developing employees in Warehouse and Property Services and ensuring efficient deliveries with high quality and service. You are responsible for planning and monitoring resources and staffing, working with maintenance and coordinating suppliers and agreements. The role also includes driving improvement work and ensuring a good and safe working environment.

You as a person:

As a leader, you create structure and direction in a changing environment and have the ability to both drive change and ensure stable operations. You build trust and commitment through wholehearted leadership, get people on board with new ways of working and actively contribute to development and improvement. Through active collaboration across organizational boundaries, you strengthen the work together, and with clear communication and clear expectations you create security and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field, or equivalent experience that we consider equivalent
  • Experience in leading and developing work in operations or service operations
  • Experience in driving change initiatives and contributing to development projects
  • Experience from operations in warehousing, logistics, real estate or technical operations
  • Good computer skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language, both in speech and writing, as well as a B driving license is a requirement.

It is meritorious if you also have:

  • Experience in coordinating work across different functions and organizational boundaries
  • Worked with system implementations or digital development
  • Good understanding of finance, especially cost monitoring and resource optimization
  • Experience from larger organizations or groups
