Do you want to be a key part in shaping the future growth and development of Lunet? We are looking for you to lead and organize the Support & Business department and thus play a crucial role in the future of Lunet. About the role As Head of Department, you are responsible for leading and developing the department with its five employees. You are an active part of Lunet's management team and in your role you will report directly to Lunet's Business Area Manager. Your work will involve close cooperation with the group's Marketing & Sales department and Lunet's customer managers, where you are involved in setting requirements, planning and following up sales and marketing-related activities within Lunet's product area. You will have many contact areas, which means close cooperation with several functions within the organization. A central part of the role is to contribute to the whole of Lunet's business, which includes work with business development, business development and product development. Furthermore, you work actively with business intelligence and have close contact with industry players at national level, including other state networks and participate in other important cooperation forums. Together we drive development forward. You as a person In order for you to thrive and succeed in the role of Head of Department at Lunet, we believe that you are a confident leader who has the ability to motivate and lead a team towards set goals and that you have a good understanding of creating commitment and participation in everyday life. Furthermore, you have an understanding of basic budget and financial work and enjoy working with both internal operations and the group. You are a team player who contributes to the success of the team and is able to build good relationships with colleagues at all levels. Qualifications For the role, we look for the following qualifications: - Post-secondary education relevant to the position or equivalent work experience deemed equivalent by the employer - Experience of leading projects, working groups or otherwise responsible for leading and coordinating people - Good computer skills - Ability to express yourself clearly in Swedish, both orally and in writing It is an advantage if you have: - Post-secondary education in organization, leadership, economics, behavioral science or other relevant field for the position. - Previous management experience What you get with us We offer a varied job with dedicated colleagues working closely together.
