About the role In the role of HR strategist, you will work strategically, tactically and operationally to increase our attractiveness as an employer and ensure that we attract, recruit, retain and develop our employees in the best way. Your assignment means that you will drive change and development work in the entire competence supply area with the main focus on the areas of attracting and recruiting. You will also work with managerial and leadership development in various forms together with other colleagues.
