About the role In the role of HR strategist, you will work strategically, tactically and operationally to increase our attractiveness as an employer and ensure that we attract, recruit, retain and develop our employees in the best way. Your assignment means that you will drive change and development work in the entire competence supply area with the main focus on the areas of attracting and recruiting. You will also work with managerial and leadership development in various forms together with other colleagues. Furthermore, you will have a consultative role in the entire HR area where you support our managers and employees throughout the group. You as a person To succeed and thrive in the role of HR strategist, you have good structure in your work. You have the ability to independently prioritize and be responsible for ensuring that your work is carried out effectively within the time frames available. Furthermore, you need to enjoy working with people, be a good listener and be able to naturally create an interview environment that provides the best conditions for getting the relevant information. Qualifications For the role, we look for you to have the following qualifications: - Relevant post-secondary education in HR, Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences or equivalent acquired experience that we consider equivalent. - Several years of experience in broad and advanced HR work at operational and strategic level. - Experience in driving change and development. - Experience of working strategically and operationally with recruitment and employer branding. - Solid knowledge in skills-based recruitment and requirements profiling. - Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. - good computer skills What you get with us As an employer, we attach great importance to you being able to perform, deliver and develop, but also to you being happy and feeling good!
