About the role As an HSE engineer with us, you work close to the business and support managers, project managers and employees in matters of work environment, safety, quality and environment. You will be an important part of developing our operational work environment work and help to ensure that risks are detected, managed and prevented in time. You will work in close collaboration with specialist resources in the field of occupational health and safety as well as environment, sustainability, safety and electrical safety. In this role you will, among other things: - Supporting managers and employees in health and safety issues - Interpret legal issues and translate regulations and procedures into operational work - Participate in safety rounds and work environment follow-ups - Contribute to risk assessments and investigations - Develop and follow up action plans - Work with construction work environment coordination in projects - Collaborate with contractors and other parts of the Group Qualifications We are looking for you who have post-secondary education in occupational health and safety/KMA/HSE/HMS or have equivalent experience. You have good knowledge of construction work environment coordination. We see that you have the ability to express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing. You have good experience of digital tools and system support, such as IA systems and the Office package, and feel comfortable using digital working methods in your daily work. A B driving license is required. We consider it an advantage if you have professional experience of working in the field of health and safety, environment and security. It can be experience of, for example: developer responsibility, BAS P/U and collaboration in the work environment. It is an extra plus for us if you have worked with these types of issues in electricity network operations or the energy industry.
