Land and permit officer to Luleå Energi Do you want to work in a future industry where your work makes a difference for a sustainable society? Luleå Energi is now looking for a land and permit officer who wants to contribute to the development of a future-proof energy infrastructure. Together we work to enable the electricity grid of tomorrow. The role of land and permit officer is located at the Planning Department. The Planning Department works with planning and preparing plant investments that are carried out within Luleå Energi's electricity network. We identify the needs and carry out feasibility studies to then produce the documentation required to enable our investments. About the role In the role of land and permit officer, you usually work as a team member in various projects where you contribute with your expertise in mainly real estate and environmental law. You support the projects by ensuring that agreements are drawn up and that the necessary permits are in place for the implementation of electricity network construction. There will be good opportunities to develop and grow into the role through continuous skills development and strong support from committed colleagues. Your duties will include, among other things: - Establishing and managing land lease agreements with property owners - Handling permit cases at the municipality and county administrative board, for example beach protection dispensations, building permits and permits for encroachment into nature reserves and water activities - Plan and conduct consultations with authorities, organizations and other stakeholders - Collaborate internally within Luleå Energi Elnät and externally with contractors and others line owners in matters concerning new and rebuilding of electricity networks and associated stations - Responsible for issues related to land encroachment, including valuation and compensation You as a person To thrive in the role of land and permit officer, it is important that you have a structured approach and can create order in your work to drive processes from start to finish. You have an interest in laws and regulations and want to apply them in practice. When conditions change, you actively contribute to problem solving with your analytical skills. Furthermore, you have good communication skills, are educational and clear in the meeting with various stakeholders such as property owners, authorities, contractors and internal employees at Luleå Energi. You also understand the importance of accurate and clear documentation as a crucial part of the work takes place in projects with several different parties involved. Qualifications For the position, we would like to see that you have the following qualifications: - A post-secondary education relevant to the position or other equivalent experience that we consider equivalent - Worked with some form of case management, preferably in a similar area. - Very good knowledge of Swedish, both written and oral. - Computer literacy It is an advantage if you have: - Previous work experience in, for example, the community planning process, interpretation of the Environmental Code, permits, building permits and/or contract management. - Experience of negotiating with property owners or other stakeholders. - Worked in project form as a project administrator, for example. - B driving license What you get with us As an employer, we attach great importance to you being able to perform, deliver and develop, but also that you should thrive and feel good!
