Are you solution-oriented, technically competent and want to offer our customers the best possible service based on their needs? One of our four support employees is moving south and we therefore need to strengthen our dedicated team with another employee. Is this you? About the role Being a support agent is a varied role with us. The daily work involves receiving support cases via our case management system or telephone. You will mainly handle cases on your own and, with the support of colleagues, solve complicated and extensive technical challenges. The issues you will handle can range from orders and invoicing to error reports and troubleshooting, but sales-related tasks are also part of the job. Whatever the case, you will treat the customer in a committed, sales-oriented and educational way. You as a person We place great emphasis on personality, but also on your technical skills and IT interest. To thrive in the role, you need to have a great interest and focus on service, be professional, organized and have a natural drive. Being responsive and wanting to provide the best customer experience is a given for you. You are not afraid to handle different cases in parallel and have good communication skills with customers. You have a flexible approach and can naturally shift focus between different tasks. Furthermore, you enjoy collaborating and working in teams but also find it easy to work independently. Qualifications We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on IT or economics. It is advantageous if you have a background from 1st or 2nd line support and / or have experience of customer contact or sales and are used to working with the telephone and case management system as the main work tool.
