We are now seeking an Operations and Maintenance Manager for the Local Grid Operations & Management team. Currently, our team of 12 employees is responsible for the operation and maintenance of our local grid, covering voltage levels from 0.4 to 20 kV. We hope you’ll join us on this journey!

About the Role

As an Operations and Maintenance Manager for the local grid, you will be responsible for and project-manage the operational work—primarily new connections and service changes—as well as the operation and maintenance of the local grid. You will coordinate and lead external contractors throughout the entire connection process and ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with established goals for safety, time, and quality.

As a key role within the organization, you will work closely with colleagues from various departments and serve as a vital link between different parts of the business to create efficient and well-functioning workflows. You will also play an active role in interacting with our customers—both individuals and businesses—providing excellent service, clear communication, and professional advice throughout the entire process. On-call duty is part of the position following a period of orientation and training.

For this role, we are looking for the following qualifications:

• Education in electrical engineering and automation, power engineering, distribution, or equivalent experience gained through several years of hands-on work—for example, as an installer or lead installer
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Class B driver’s license

The following are considered a plus:

• Experience in project or work management within electrical or other infrastructure
• Training as a distribution electrician
• Previous experience working in maintenance within the power grid industry
• Experience with GIS-NIS systems
• Class C driver’s license and snowmobile license
