The project department within Luleå Energi Elnät is responsible for the execution of new investment and reinvestment projects. Our assignments range from new construction, reconstruction and extension of projects, such as reinvestment of line networks and stations in local and regional networks and major connection projects for power customers. More about the role The role of project manager involves responsibility for projects for new construction, reconstruction and extension within Luleå Energi Elnät's concession area - voltage level 0.4-130kV. You are responsible for delivering within the project framework regarding safety, quality, economy and time. Your main tasks are to lead and implement your own projects in a businesslike and profitable way. You will work with internal resources, consultants and contractors on end-to-end projects from requirements to delivery. You also act as a leader for your internal resources and are responsible for contributing to their development within the company. In each assignment, the dialog with the business and your ability to deliver against the expected benefits are important. This means that you have a good ability to establish and maintain contact with internal employees, customers, clients, authorities, landowners, partners and other stakeholders. The work also includes continuous monitoring of the working environment and reporting of project status. In the role of project manager, you are responsible for time, finance, quality where your main tasks are to lead and plan, preparation of tender documents, procurement, implementation, project evaluation and work environment monitoring for your assigned projects. Reporting on time, finances and risks is done according to our project model PPS. We work continuously with process and business development in order to meet the needs and demands of the future. In this development work, we see our project managers as important key players. Education and merits For the role, we see that you have the following qualifications: - Relevant post-secondary education with a focus on Electricity/Electrical Power - or equivalent acquired knowledge that is considered equivalent. - Several years of documented experience in managing construction projects in the energy industry or other infrastructure - Good negotiation skills and is familiar with construction law, ABT06, AB04, ABK09. - Has solid experience and knowledge of AMA/MER and construction work environment coordination. -Good knowledge of financial management. - Can express themselves well in Swedish and English, in both speech and writing - B-driving license is a requirement.
