About the role We are now looking for reinforcement in the safety department at Luleå Energi. As a safety officer, you are responsible for administering and processing tasks within the group's safety department and through this developing the group's work on safety. The daily work includes practical tasks in information security, such as participating in risk and vulnerability analyzes, conducting information classifications and preparing, leading and documenting meetings. The position also includes other common security tasks, such as responding to ongoing queries and supporting the organization in strengthening its security culture through training, advice and guidance. A significant part of the work is done in close collaboration with other functions and activities within the Group. You as a person To succeed in the role of Security Officer, you will be structured, thorough and a skilled communicator who can convey security issues, create understanding and achieve impact in an educational and convincing way. You are energetic, curious and solution-oriented, with a consultative approach. The role requires you to collaborate with different competences across the organization to achieve results and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and with high quality. Qualifications For the role, we look for you to have the following qualifications: - Secondary education combined with other work experience that we consider relevant to the position - Experience in administrative work - Good and up-to-date computer skills, specifically the Office package - Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written We consider it a merit if you have: - Post-secondary education relevant to the role - Experience of working with information security issues; for example, work on incident management, information classification and risk and impact assessments. - Experience from work requiring high security awareness. - Knowledge of NIS2 and CER directives - Experience of working with Civil Protection What do you get with us?
