We are looking for a Site Manager Lunet, part of the Luleå Energy Group, develops and provides digital infrastructure that creates safe and future-proof communication solutions for Luleå. We are now looking for a Site Manager for our Infrastructure & Project Planning department. About the role: The Infrastructure & Project Management department at Lunet is responsible for new construction, reconstruction and management of the company's communication network. As Site Manager, you have a central role where you, in close collaboration with both internal and external parties, plan, design and coordinate work related to our sites / data centers. You are responsible for project management and administration in close dialog with customers and contractors and ensure quality through requirements definition, coordination, follow-up and investigation. The work includes data centers and their peripheral equipment such as electricity, cooling, ventilation and alarms. The role involves close cooperation within the department where we help each other in delivery activities, for example with calculation, planning, ordering of execution and documentation of individual customer installations. You as a person You are an initiative-taking and result-oriented person with analytical skills and a genuine technical interest. You thrive in a role where you independently take responsibility for understanding and developing your knowledge of different systems and processes. With a flexible and humble approach, you build trusting relationships and collaborate effectively with customers, colleagues and suppliers. You communicate professionally and clearly in both speech and writing. Qualifications: We are looking for you who have a relevant secondary education (e.g. Engineering, Electrical) and it is advantageous if you have Technical post-secondary 2 year YH, in automation or similar. For this role as Site Manager, you need to have a few years of professional experience in electricity / automation or peripheral equipment for data centers. We would like to see that you have been in a supervisory role. You have good computer skills and enjoy learning new systems. It is an advantage if you have experience of documentation and system work in NIS and a good understanding of control systems.
