About the role As a solution architect, you will be a central part of our digital journey. You will help set the framework for how the Group works with architecture, data and integrations, and you will help the businesses turn ideas into technical solutions. Your mission in brief: - Architecture. Be a driving force in both defining and implementing our future digital solutions architecture together with colleagues in Digital Development, IT and Security. - Digital Development. Supporting the business in developing solution proposals and providing technical guidance to then implement these solutions in accordance with the defined architecture. - Information management. Take responsibility for how we technically manage our information with the aim of making it accessible and creating value. From the perspectives of integration, data warehousing, decision support, AI and collaboration. - Needs analysis. Collaborate with digitization leaders and business developers in Digitization and other stakeholders to understand, manage and implement technical requirements. - Innovation. Keep up to date with the latest technologies and trends in IT and Digitization to recommend new technologies, improvements and innovations. Run technical pilots to develop and learn the business. - Security. Participate in the systematic security work of the group. Who we think you are You are curious, tech-savvy and thrive at the intersection of strategy and practice. You like to create order in complex environments, but also to try new things and see things happen. You are quick to see how technology can create value and have the ability to explain it to others. We believe you have: - Experience of architecting, developing and delivering digital solutions through roles such as IT architect, software architect, lead developer, full-stack developer, BI developer, integration developer or similar. - Relevant academic education or equivalent knowledge and several years of professional experience. - Good understanding of how to connect technology, data and business value. - Good knowledge of Swedish and English is essential. - If you have a background in the energy industry, it is an advantage, but not a requirement.
