We are looking for a Work Environment Strategist This is one of two positions that we are now looking for as we are now strengthening the work environment area. For our HR department at Luleå Energi we are looking for a Work Environment Strategist. About the role As a Work Environment Strategist with us, you will be a driving force in our systematic work environment work. You work comprehensively and long-term to develop guidelines, policies and initiatives that strengthen both the physical and social and organizational work environment. You identify risks and opportunities, analyze data, follow up results and propose improvements - always with a holistic perspective. In the role of Work Environment Strategist, you act as an important support to managers, your colleagues in HR and safety representatives. You are often the one who initiates new initiatives in areas such as health, workload and leadership You have a strong focus on starting from the real needs and conditions of the organization, and work to find solutions that work in daily operations. The aim is to make health and safety work an integral and natural part of the regular work. Qualifications - Post-secondary education in work environment or other education/experience that we find equivalent and relevant. - A few years of documented professional experience of working with work environment issues and OSA in a broad perspective. - Experience of strategic work environment management and good knowledge of current legislation and regulations. - Analytical, communicative and easy to work with different parts of the organization. - Ability to express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing, interpret legal texts and instructions without obstacles. - Good computer skills, Microsoft Office package - B driving license It is an advantage if you have - additional work environment training and knowledge of electrical safety, - Worked in the energy industry You as a person You are driven by working with people and contributing to well-being in the workplace, with a focus on long-term sustainability - both for the individual and the organization. With knowledge of the work environment, you have a good understanding of what creates commitment and functioning work environments. You enjoy working in a structured way, with a strategic perspective and a strong desire to constantly improve and develop.
