WORK DUTIES Based on national legal requirements and guidelines, the social administration has the municipality's responsibility to provide service, support, help, care and housing or accommodation to people of all ages and life situations - children, young people, families, the elderly and people with disabilities. The social administration is divided into the operational areas Individual and family care, Health and medical care, Social psychiatry, support and assistance Support and service and Care and care. As a business developer, you work on behalf of the business manager. You will primarily work in the area of ​​support and service, but will also collaborate with the administration's other business developers in other business areas. You act as management support and work both strategically and operationally. The position is located at the department for HR & quality. The department coordinates and leads development of the quality management system and is responsible for document management. Method development and follow-up of the quality of the business are other important issues. In the role of business developer with us, you will: • Work with project management/development assignments that you run on your own or in collaboration with others • Contribute to quality advice • Hold various forms of presentations and trainings and represent the social administration in various forums • Collect, analyze, coordinate and compile various forms of data • Be responsible for summarizing the year's quality work in the quality report • Establish and revise processes, guidelines and routines • Monitor opportunities for external funding, apply and report back • Be the administration's personal data representative • Handle other duties of a supporting nature QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have at least 3 years of relevant academic education for the assignment. In addition to this, you who apply for this position must: • Have work experience in business development, digitization and project management. • Have good competence in methods related to improvement work. • Master the Swedish language very well in speech and writing. • Speak and understand English. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of the legislation that governs the business. As a person, you are creative, collaborative and analytical.
