We are developing and constantly want to be better, therefore we are now looking for a leadership developer in trust-based governance and management to strengthen our team at the Municipal Board Administration. Luleå municipality applies trust-based leadership and strives to create a work environment where trust and co-creation are central to increasing value and effect in daily work. You will be part of a competent and committed team who all work towards the same goal, to create a culture and a way of working where trust is the basis for the success of the business. You also work closely with those you coach, the managers and employees at Luleå municipality. Your mission as a leadership developer will be to strengthen managers and work groups in implementing and developing co-creative working methods within the framework of trust-based leadership. By promoting cooperation between managers and employees as well as within work groups, you also contribute to increased motivation, commitment and innovative thinking in the workplace. WORK DUTIES As a leadership developer, you support employees and managers in developing their co-creative way of working and thus contribute to trust-based management and leadership. Together with the managers, you plan and carry out activities related to operations, e.g. at planning days, workplace meetings or other creative work meetings. You apply your theoretical knowledge in organization and leadership and can create inclusive forums for work groups and the manager's joint development of working methods with the resident's needs in focus. The employment refers to a project employment of 1 year. QUALIFICATIONS To be successful in the role, you need a university education in behavioral science or equivalent. You have many years of experience in developing leaders and facilitating group processes. You have practical experience of working with evidence-based methods. The role requires that you can work freely in Swedish and that you have a B driver's license. It is advantageous if you are a certified ICF coach. As a person, you are curious and want to learn more, you ask questions and strive to create constructive solutions. You find it easy to work with others and build trusting relationships. It is also natural for you to work structured, you organize and plan your work well and finish what you started. Your commitment to creating strong teams will be key to shaping a workplace where collaboration, innovation and caring thrive. OTHER Together we play an important role.
