We need several substitutes who can stand up and make an important contribution when our regular staff is absent. Time Care Pool (TCP) is the system we use to book substitutes. You choose which days and times you work, but we prefer that you can work at least two days a week.
The right salary from the start is something we think is important! We apply individual salary setting with an annual bonus. For those without nursing training, you will receive at least SEK 135.91 per hour and for those with training at least SEK 144.55 per hour.
The tasks are varied and you mainly work to provide service, support and care for people who cannot cope independently in their everyday life and situation. A large part of the assignment involves doing activities together with the people you are there for. All work is based on the individual's needs and wishes.
In order for you to have a secure foundation to stand on when you start with us, we offer you a practical introduction and a bunch of digital training courses. If you are not a trained nurse or support assistant, we offer you the opportunity to study for it!
You who apply must be genuinely interested in working with people.
In order to start working extra with us, you need:
- be 18 years or older
- have good digital skills
- be able to show grades in Swedish corresponding to grade 9
As a person, you must be good at collaborating, creating relationships and finding quick solutions to problems. In this process, we place great emphasis on personal qualities.
